Binderboard Sketch Books, "8-1/4" x 8-1/4"" These sketch books feature binderboard covers with true linen spines. They are innovatively bound allowing them to be opened flat and even bent double without damage to the binding. The smyth-sewn and gauze-spliced bindings provide strength and durability. The heavy-weight, 100gsm paper is excellent for all dry media and is suitable for water-based markers and light washes. It is pH buffered, acid-, lignin- and chlorine-free. The linen spines are available in assorted colors and the covers may be decorated, painted or covered with designs to make them truly unique. Most books contain 72 sheets; the 17" x 12-1/2" landscape book contains 64 sheets and the 11-1/2" x 11-1/2" square book contains 66 sheets.
